Empiria Partners advised on the formation of Vecton S.p.A.
Vecton S.p.A. is a new Italian industrial group active in the design, installation and maintenance of electrical and HVAC systems. The platform combines five Italian companies and generated approximately €50 million in aggregate revenues in 2025.
The Group operates under the leadership of Newman Holding, the Italian permanent-capital holding founded by Agostino Trapani and Carlo Leone. Empiria Partners acted as M&A advisor on the transaction, supporting Arcon, Exim, Reggio Calor and SIEM through the aggregation process.
